I’m Kisha X Palmer,

your leadership development coach and facilitator.

I arrive to the practice of coaching with a deep respect for the work of leadership.

  • How do I lead with authenticity?

  • How do I serve the goals of the group while also attending to the needs of individuals?

  • What does my own leadership look/sound/feel like when I am in alignment with my values?

  • When am I out of touch with my own power privilege and what does "in touch"  mean for me and the people I serve?

These are some of the leadership questions with which I support my clients.

It's taken me a long time to get here.

I come from a family of survivors, risk takers, mistake makers, and lovers of life. I learned early on that leadership had to look, talk, and act a certain way.  That way did not include someone with my background.

I’m on a mission to expand our collective definitions of leadership by supporting people to discover how to work from a place of power sharing and authentic connection.
